    Disgusted with the service I received from Belair/Intact. Home was flooded due to a sewer backup during the flooding in May. Called in, after a 30 second conversation they told me I wasn't insured... I politely asked that they at least send someone and they seem bothered by this. Finally a month later someone arrives to investigate (Meanwhile I realize I'm literally the only idiot in the neighborhood who isn't covered yet, I'm in a semi detached and even my attached neighbor is covered) I show her the damage, and even get my neighbor's policy numbers and do visits to neighbor's to see why they're already covered and I'm not. She leaves, and says she'll get back to me.

    After a long 5 week wait and calling daily for updates (Keep in mind a total of over 2 months with a gutted basement now) they call and say no sorry not insured. They looked for every possible reason not to cover me. Every time they said they were waiting for information, they'd receive it in my favor and then say they need more information. Finally they called my city, and wanted written proof from them that the sewers were at fault which they didn't receive, and stated they couldn't cover me due to this.

    I have been quite unlucky with my first vehicle, having to file 2 claims in the span of 2 months. I have to say Belair has provided outstanding service to me over the past few weeks, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Quick and friendly service, and they are always in communication with you to keep you updated on the status of your claim. Well done, thank you for the amazing service!

    I made a phone call to start a claim process after my car was hit in a parking lot. The next day I had a call from my claims adjuster giving me an appointment to take in my car. The employees at the insurance center where I took my car were so nice, very courteous and helpful, making the process fast , informative, and thorough. I was given a nice 2017 rental while my car was being repaired. When I got my car back the repairs were done professionally, my car was spotless to boot! Very much satisfied, and so happy to have an insurance company that does such a fantastic job making the situation stress free, Belair Direct is a 5* company and I would not hesitate to refer them!

    As of last night I'm now with another company at about 30% cheaper, and half the deductible. The greatest part is they actually cover you.

    I was extremely happy with the service I received from BelAir after a recent car accident. It was the first time I'd ever had an accident and I was very nervous about what would be involved to make my insurance claim. The claim was resolved very quickly, I was able to get a very good replacement car while my own car was being serviced, and I was sent constant updates to let me know how each stage of the claim process was proceeding. I can't say enough good things about my experience with BelAir.
