  When in store December 26th 2017 I was informed that the rebate on applies only only only on older floor appliances selected by manager but not what I wanted to buy. The advertised fridge I wanted: The salesmen said “ there is no way I can sell this fridge with 15% rebate despite the picture and description and offer in the Christmas Flyer, after asking to see the manager I was told this pictured fridge in the flyer was not part of the deal and I will never have that rebate and I cannot see the manager. Advertising to attract you to the store! Customer trap to sell what what you expect to buy without the advertised potential rebate??

  Just shop somewhere else! Where the truth is what what you expect getting? Leon first experience for me, but never ever again! Thanks for not making me taking my money! And more importantly my confiance!

  Knew and found what I was looking for. Quick in and out and commission sales guy liked and appreciated the fact that I knew to sku of the product that I wanted. A bit expensive but they had what I wanted!

  My order has been delayed 5 times and I've yet to receive it... No oven for 8 weeks now! Everything on the site is ready to pick up or deliver, but beware, none of that is true. These people are a gimmick. Best they could do is say sorry and blame it on the manufacture. But I guess they see no problem in taking money for items they cannot stock or deliver.

  WORST customer experience EVER, besides customer service being terrible they are as rude as they can get. Been battling with them since June. First they made a mistake on a delivery. A piece was missing from my dining set. Then I exchanged my washer and dryer the 2nd time around the washer came defected and the delivery guy didn't want to bring it up to my place. Basically I missed work for nothing for the 2nd time . My couch was not delivered on the date that was ``promised`` it was about 3 weeks late and now my washer is giving me extreme problems and Leons is not taking responsibility for anything. I am basically stuck with a machine that my whole building can hear as i`m washing clothes. Leons Anjou is completely clueless about what customer satisfaction is and I will never come back to purchase again. Ill make sure my friends and family don't either . Joe Lamanuzzi was the only exception to this. He's great. Everything else is TERRIBLE.
